These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of funnel.dianafelkina.com (the "Site"), operated by Diana Felkina and The Funnel Blueprint ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What This Site Is

The Site provides information about our marketing services — funnel building, paid advertising management, and related consulting — and lets you request a free audit or book a call. The Site itself does not create a client relationship; services are engaged under a separate written agreement with their own scope, pricing, and terms.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control — your market, offer, budget, and timing among them. Performance figures on the Site describe past or illustrative campaign outcomes and are not a promise of your results. Any guarantee we offer (such as our 90-day commitment) is defined precisely in your service agreement.

3. Your Use of the Site

• Provide accurate information in forms and bookings
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site
• Do not use the Site's content or forms for spam or unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. Client names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and appear to indicate work history. You may not reproduce Site content without written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site links to and uses third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling and FormSubmit for form delivery). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
